We understand that changing job is one of the most stressful things one can do in life.  We understand you want a partner in that process who will sit down with you and take the time to get a deep understanding of your career goals and aspirations, review your CV, help you to prepare for interviews and give you unbiased advice with respect to your next career move.

We are available to support you through your decision-making process, leveraging over ten years of successful engagement in the Irish market.  We would personally not settle for anything less so why should you?

Our Contract with You

Our Candidate Charter is the commitment we make to you, our customers. In practical terms, we undertake to do the following:

• Acknowledge each application within one working day.
• Treat you with the highest professionalism and integrity at all times, by representing your interests to the best of our professional ability.
• Every application will be treated in the utmost confidence.
• Request your express permission to submit your details to a named client. We will never submit your profile to a client without your express permission.
• Remain in constant communication with you throughout the recruitment and placement cycle.

Any candidate who feels we have failed to supply this level of service can directly raise a complaint with one of Clarion Resourcing’s directors via our website.

Your Contract with Us

All we ask of you in return is to afford us the same level of professionalism and respect. We’re looking to develop long-term relationships with people that last through their career.  Our aim is to exceed your expectations to the extent that you will return to us and refer colleagues or friends to Clarion Resourcing in the future.
