We are currently looking to recruit an experienced MIS/Business Intelligence Analyst on behalf of a client of mine.  As a key team member and Subject Matter Expert, you will be asked to deliver the MIS/Business Intelligence requirements that are required to support and underpin the current and future operating models for their business.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in this area ideally in a telecoms environment.

Role Specific Technical Skills

• Subject matter experience in MIS/Business Intelligence reporting area, and IT background an advantage
• Experience in multiple applications e.g. SQL
• Experience of Fixed Access Operations activity and operational processes an advantage
• Knowledge of FAO processes, systems and relevant interfaces
• Team player
• Strong problem solving capability with a “can-do” attitude
